Technical difficulty
By the function of the printing slotting die cutting machine, it puts forward the following challenges for the adopted PLC.
(1) location detection is more, and the position signal is given to PLC by encoder, so the number of PLC high-speed counters is required. If there are 6 encoders in the feed section, there are 8 encoders at each station of the printing department, each with 7 slots and a die cutting section. Although the frequency of the feedback pulse is not high, the general counter is not competent.
(2) data communication is necessary between stations, such as fault information of each station, position parameter and current value, production parameter, interlocking signal, etc.. These data are sent and receive, some are between the main station and the slave station, and some are between the slave station and the slave station. Therefore, the communication part of the control program design is a difficult point.
(3) all stations need to control the frequency converter, usually controlled by means of communication. Therefore, there is a requirement for the number of communication ports.
(4) a large amount of procedures.
