Round die cutting

Design and drafting

Stencil making

Die cutting way mainly has two kinds of saw cutting and laser cutting, cutting saw is the main method of small and medium-sized enterprises themselves, corrugated carton processing die in recent years, laser cutting is widely used in laser cutting, the computer controlled machine, using laser as a source of energy, high cutting precision. Either way, the cutting line is required to be straight, and the width of the cutting slot is equal to the thickness of the knife and line installed here. In order to ensure that the die version is not loose version, do not release and fall off, it is necessary to set aside a number of "cross the bridge" in the appropriate place, the length of the bridge is determined according to the size of the page, the general length is 10mm.
To cut a good knife, knife line position will advance and steel wire cutting into the corresponding bending length and shape inlay groove cutting. After making and die-cutting the product size error should be less than 0.5mm.
The production of die according to the design personnel to provide cutting layout, knives and steel wire inserted into the template, to complete the process of die making. Knife, line set good, sponge with elastic steel in paste on both sides of the sponge cutting blade on both sides should leave at least 1mm distance, not close to the blade installation, otherwise the sponge in compression can not expand to the direction, and to both sides pull paper crack.
